An Italian Wedding Dream

Wedding Documentary Tuscany-47.jpg

Getting married in Italy in october? Yes please! Sara and Ezra chose a lovely wedding weekend at Borgo Siliano in Umbria. Their weekend started with a welcome dinner, honoring Sara's eritrean roots. We we're welcomed with traditional rituals and of course the best eritrean food. A welcome dinner always creates a lovely vibe for your wedding, everybody gets to know each other, families and friends sometimes meet for the first time and this is a perfect way to create a harmonious time together.

The wedding morning started slow, bride and groom getting ready with their friends and family. As a documentary wedding photographer, I gently move between you and your partner to capture every important moment of your getting ready. A quiet morning gives you time to soak in each detail of this day and prepares you for a beautiful and joyful day with your loved ones.

Sara stuns in her Watters wedding gown, featuring delicate lace and a long veil.
Her beautifully curated bouquet perfectly complements her entire look.

Every little detail of your wedding day matters. Being a destination wedding photographer allows me to travel to the most beautiful places, meet lovely people and be part of one of the most important days of your life. But still, the beauty also lies within - in small moments, little details of your decoartion or a thoughtful gift of your partner on this day. Capturing these details for you, will allow you to always remember this day and keep your wedding memories alive.

One of the most meaningful parts of your wedding day is your ceremony. The view Sara and Ezra chose for this part has been breathtaking. Blue sky, the italian landscape and mountains in the background, their loved ones listening to their wedding vows and saying yes. This moment has been magical.

Throughout your wedding day, I capture your story through a mix of digital and analog photography. Analog images add a nostalgic touch, making every photo feel even more special and unique.

Having your guests around you, the way they look at you and how genuinely happy they are for you, always moves me deeply. Sara and Ezras guests have been so happy for them and just showered them with love. That's what a wedding is about. Love!

Being part of these moments as a wedding photographer never loses its magic. My photography always reflects the emotions on this day from you and your guests, but also my own. I always leave a part of myself in your wedding gallery. That's why a connection with my couples is so important to me and why you always feel something while looking at my photography.

As the evening sets in and the light becomes softer, the first lights begin to glow, revealing a beautiful scene. Long tables dressed in white, adorned with delicate florals, your guests enjoying their meal, laughter filling the air. You look around and know: This is the best day!

The End
